A tattoo is a symbolic representation of a real object which is drawn on the skin using ink and a sharp object. Cosmetics which are used to make tattoos invisible are known as a tattoo concealer. There is need to hide these tattoos since they are not liked by everyone, they tend piss off some people.

The tattoo culture has been greatly influenced by celebrities and other famous people around the world. The culture has ultimately found its way into the fashion world. Fans who adore tattooed celebrities usually view tattoos to be sexy and trendy when they see photographs of the celebrities posing semi nude or with clothing that displays their tattoos. This tendency is common among the youths since they are curious and experimental.

We have two main types of tattoos that everyone is talking about. There are permanent and temporary tattoos that are inscribed on peoples skin in order to look more attractive. When a permanent tattoo is inscribed on ones skin its here to stay till when one meets his or her demise and the body parts decomposes from the bones.

The art of tattoos has been influenced by time. Permanent ones are mostly inscribed as a reminder of different life experiences that a person might have gone through for example demise of a loved one, weddings, divorce et cetera. The tattoos enable the person carrying the inscriptions to keep the memories alive, influencing him or her in different ways.

We also find that time and times do influence temporary tattoos. When inscribed on the skin they are not expected to last for long, there are several reasons that can influence someone to get these temporary tattoos including; pleasing ones companion, recalling the date when ones life changed when she or he met a companion who they really treasured though things do not work well on them and so on. When there is a twist of fate need to erase the fond memories in the temporary tattoo crops up hence one does away with it using a these concealers.

When we look at the bigger picture tattoos at times do turn people off especially employers. When an employee has visible tattoos, chances of landing a good job especially in insurance firms and banks which deals with peoples money is minimal. This is where the need to hide them crops up in order to look innocent and reformed.

Attending public events can make one lose his or her reputation according to dress code and other factors. In the places of worship where these events are carried on including churches and mosques there is need to hide the tattoos so that one cannot tarnish his or her name in public. It is an abomination to have tattoos while one is in religions mentioned above since it is contrary to the Law of God, in order to respect religious ways people do away with tattoos.

Other than the memories and fashion, tattoos also bring along major disadvantages to the people applying them. Such disadvantages include risk of skin cancer, contracting diseases due to the sharp objects used, and long healing process for healing process for large tattoos, among others. The young generation needs to be sensitized on the setbacks of getting tattoos on their bodies. This will make them less interested hence preventing them from the risks.
