For example, you could serve them with nice, juicy meatballs, with meat and sauce or whatever. Or you could use some of these ideas.

Once you scrape out your vegetable spaghetti, take a few sheets of filo paste, the same quantity of cottage cheese and a few tablespoons of sour cream, one egg and a few pieces of butter. Mix the egg with a little bit of salt, add some cheese and squash and spread the mixture over the filo sheet. Roll it and place on greased pan. Continue with this procedure until you fill the pan with rolls.

Spread sour cream on rolled pasta and sprinkle salt on the surface. Bake for thirty minutes in preheated oven, on 350F. Serve with yogurt for light supper, or as dessert after tasty meal, with a glass of white wine. It tastes really great and you certainly won't be disappointed.

You could also use these vegetable spaghetti for making really tasty salads. In fast, there are several different ways for baking the squash. You can prick the surface with knife, and place the whole one into the oven, and cut and clean it after it's done. You can also bake it in the microwave, it takes only 20 minutes.

Anyway, you will need one pound of prepared spaghetti, 200 grams fresh spinach, 200 grams diced feta cheese, one clove minced garlic, one tablespoon olive oil, salt and pepper. Enjoy in your light and fulfilling salad.
