It's incredible how fast things can change. It's incredible to see the unreal pace of life when it starts to speed up on you.
I guess what I'm talking about here is how quickly the world that lives in your mind can change. It can go from focusing so much on one thing...and then...SNAP...it changes to something else completely.
And whatever you were focusing on before disappears entirely. It decides to disintegrate when you have something new just spontaneously show up in your life.
As much as I couldn't grasp this when I was younger, I really do believe in good timing. I believe this now because of how many things I have seen changed when you give it some time and space.
I used to think that you could just apply a ton of effort and things would happen because you wanted it to happen. Unfortunately, the world doesn't really work that way. The world works a lot more fluidly and you have to be willing to experience the ebbs and flows of life.
If you really believe in the fluidity of life, and become fluid yourself, you will function harmoniously with everything in this world.
This has been running through my mind and changing the way I've been doing things. It makes me understand patience very well. It makes me understand, really, that patience is one of the marks of someone who truly is showing up in the world as how it actually is. When you are impatient, you are trying to make things happen forcibly...
That's a path to deep inner peace. That's a path to significant amounts of happiness.
Patience and trust. Patience and trust are things that can guide you all the way to the end.
These things have filled me with new blood and given me massive amounts of energy to move forward through difficult times. These things have connected me back with my deep purpose and allowed for that purpose to come forward.
It's amazing how fast things can change. Life can go from chaotic to peaceful.
