Together with the above remedy procedures, you can use several pain relievers that will actively reduce lameness and cramp in the foot. The medication can be fast acting if the pony is in intense agony. A good example is an analgesic that is very effective in alleviating inflammation and cramping on the limb of the steed.

If you notice that the steed is suffering from mild cramping, you are advised to give it aspirin to relieve it from the cramping. Aspirin is also effective in easing most forms of discomfort and swellings thus this is diversely used. On the off chance that the steed has a fever too, be sure to give it medication that will lower the fever and reduce the agony.

Several other drugs are available as supplements that may be given to the ailing animal to help it recover from the malady within a short time. For instance, cyclooxygenases are very active in bringing down inflammation and cramping on swollen parts. It is, however, advisable to make sure that you know the side effects because there are drugs that can reduce the supply of blood in the body.
