Therefore, for women who crave from ice-creams, sodas, pastries and anything made with refined flour are known to see rapid weight gain. Thus, an important aspect of weight loss is getting rid of these kinds of foods and making sure you eat more fibrous fruits and vegetables. Food containing more fiber can work best for you as they keep you satiated longer and fulfil your hunger cravings.

So, if a person needs around 2500 caloric maintenance on a daily basis, then it should start reducing it by 500 less. This simply means it shall still need 2000 calories, out of which 1400 calories must come from fats. You have to eat more fats to provide energy to your body that in return will help you to burn fats which are already stored in your body. This is the basic principle on which this diet process works. One advantage of using this process as a weight loss solution, is that you are always full and do not feel hungry. Moreover, as the fats digestion in the body is very slow, so you feel satiated for longer time interval.

When such things happen to people under stress, they generally lose the motivation to continue with the weight loss regime. Thus, it becomes very important to be focussed and follow proper stress management techniques to keep yourself motivated. It can be done by doing meditation, yoga or deep breathing sessions.
