The bakeries will just let customers get a tray and let them get whatever they want. Customers can choose in different containers or baskets and reach out for the things they want to eat.

Enchiladas. Enchiladas are basically made from corn tortillas then stuffed with anything like chicken or veggies. This would be either folded or rolled depending on you. Then it is baked in a green or red sauce and the toppings are onions, cheese and creams. For people who love spicy food, this menu can be added with chili peppers as well.

Chiles en nogada. This dish is basically a traditional dish because the colors are composed the same as the Mexican flag. This might be not good for people who does not like spicy foods. Poblano peppers is filled with different mixtures on diced meats then topped with sprinkled pomegranate seeds and a white cream sauce.
