Genetic engineering means creation of new DNA, for the cloning purpose. In these rDNA technology two types of enzymes are using:

3) phosphatases
4) Reverse transcriptase
5) Polynucleotide kinases
6) Terminal transferase
7) Nucleases-S1 and
8) RNAase H
