If you grill a chicken, you can make different meals from this. Making simple stir fries with vegetables and roasting something in the oven is also something to think about.

Things to stay away from are the carbohydrates. This will add to the calories and it will also lead to diabetes. This especially applies to white flours because there is sugar contained in here. Rather use vegetables, along with a little protein. You can make a quick stir fry or a curry with a nice healthy sauce.

Rather stick to sweet potatoes than the ordinary potatoes because they contain sugar and will cause more complications, adding to calories. Exchange white bread for whole wheat. However, there are many things that you can have instead of toast in the morning. A fresh fruit salad or granola and yogurt is always a nice option.
