Different geographical areas have different food habits. Food that is considered healthy in some regions may be tagged as a poison in other region. People get habituated or tend to eat a certain food for different reasons like traditional, geographical, ethical, and some environment related concerns like organic eating etc. Recently researchers found that milk products like cheese and yogurt are the gate ways to different kinds of epidemics like cancer, gastritis, and respiratory disorders, so the solution is dairy free plant based vegan nut cheese.

Milk is one of the food habits that are native to countries since thousands of years. Country sides of northwest region mostly used milk products as the cattle there yielded more milk than sufficient to the calf. In other parts like southern traditional countries where the cows produced less milk which is sufficient for babies. And the left over little milk was used to make curd, butter and ghee from butter, and butter milk.

Plant products like grains, nuts, and cereals can be used to make cheese. Following golden the rule, it is wise not to use any kind of chemicals or preservatives. Soya protein is used to make cheese which is abundant in protein.

Plant proteins are compressed to form cream. Vegetable oils like coconut and sunflower are also used to produce cream. Individuals can easily make the cream from nuts in their houses which tend to be delicious. Home makers can adopt this making of cheddar at their residence as a small cottage firm and can be supplied to various people.

Packed milk uses preservatives to keep the milk fresh for a few days. Expiry dates are marked on the pack. Nowadays varieties of milk yields came into existence. For instance, cheese, butter, ice creams are stored for days and months adding preservatives, for usage in future. This affects human health seriously.

The increased use of chemical fertilizers in farming has made soil barren and makes the land unfit for plants after some time. Crops grown using pesticides and insecticides contain harmful elements like nitrates which are harmful to humans. These are drained into water bodies through rain water and water gets contaminated and so the environment.

So, consuming for nuts and plant protein cheese in which varieties of nuts could help the person grown fit and healthy. Plant products are used to prepare cheese is good. Soya milk and coconut milk are rich in proteins and calcium, which can be replaced with animal milk.

Market for the vegetarian cheese is vast and increasing with the thought of organic food awareness among individuals. Most of the people of East Asian countries are vegetarians. All most all parts of the world did not drink any animal milk till recently. Individuals as a notion of humanity also opting for pure plant based food.

At present there are a variety of butter and cheddar derived from different kinds of nuts. Peanut butter is one of its kinds where peanuts are processed to extract many foods. Hazel nut spread is also available nowadays in market. Hazel nuts are rich in vitamin B and E. They help in bone joint disorders. Reduce risk of heart disease.
