Gluten Free Gum Substitute For Home Baked Goods

So, if you are going to buy corn or rice flour you will need to by xanthan gum as well. This will provide you with the correct texture that you need for making your cakes and pastries at home.

Kneading your mixture will become easy when you add a gum substitute to your mixes. Baking with wheat free flour usually means that your mixes are dry and crumbly. But if you add a gum to your mix you'll be able literally recreate anything you find in your bakery aisle right at home.

A wheat allergy doesn't need to mean the end of the world. It is a very well recognized allergy and you can even eat out in restaurants that will cater for your needs.
