It may sound relatively simply, but changing the foods a person will intake will have a huge impact on anxiety levels. If an individual feels anxious, stress or panicky, they should plan to implement at least one of those dietary changes.

Try consuming foods high in vitamins D, B, and E like eggs, almonds and salmon. Foods that has omega 3 that has fatty acids like flax seeds and walnuts. Pasta, bread and seaweed are minerals rich in magnesium.
