According to a new survey, very few professionals suffer from stress as much as IT professionals. Studies have shown that almost 97 percent of people in IT organizations suffer from too much stress. Four out of five workers claim that they feel stress even before entering their work field.

The medical profession is considered to be the second most stressful job. It is easy to realize that doctors have to use their brain to a great extent. They have to study and apply the knowledge simultaneously on a regular basis. They hardly get any time for their own. During the time of surgeries they need to apply their brains a lot. Utmost care as well as concentration is needed in the operation theater. Moreover, the profession of a doctor demands more responsibility than any other profession.

Stress also affects the engineering professionals. They have to do their jobs very precisely as any little mistake may threaten their career. They need to make their work very secure.

Stress is also associated with sales and marketing jobs. Professionals on sales department always remain busy in maintaining extreme pressure of customers. They can hardly manage time for even urinating when customer pressure is high. They also need to have high patience and deal nicely with the customers. Unlike the sales managers, marketing officials have to remain tremendously busy in convincing the customers and put more emphasis on intelligence. New ideas are always required for the marketing professionals to maintain their job.

Teaching is another largely stressful job. The main aim of a teacher is to provide quality education. Teachers have to cope with different sorts of pressure when in classroom. In addition to the daily work, they also need to examine the exam papers. A good teacher has to be much enduring to solve the problems of students.

Finance persons also face a lot of stress in their work field. They need to be very careful with the accounts. Any miscalculation can be threatening for their jobs. A productive service is always expected from the clients. HR people also face a lot of workload. Their job is not at all easy and requires a lot of concentration. At times they are very stressed.

People working in production sector also have tough duties. The people in this field of work remains extremely busy always. They also need to maintain the deadline and quality of the products. It is proved that the workers in production sector not only pressurize their brains, but also they drain their vitality to a remarkable extent.

Clerical jobs can also be regarded as very stressful. They need to follow the orders from the upper level and also meet the demands of the clients.

The above discussed jobs are the most stressful jobs as considered so far. These jobs become more stressful when the pay is less and the people don?t get the deserved respect. The stress also increases with deadline issues. Too much of stress reduces one?s longevity. A balanced diet and proper rest can help you stay fit.
