Few people would also opt for a ready mixed marinade, though, there are some that would prefer a personalized mixture.

Most people would marinate using lemon and pepper because it is easy to find and it is cheap. For this recipe, you will only need pepper and lemon juice. Then, let the meat sit for 30 minutes in the mixture and grill it after that.

While there are many ways of marinating chicken, nothing could beat the traditional barbecue gravy. This is often made up of ketchup, sweetened by sugar, spiced up with garlic and pepper and soured by lemon and vinegar. Furthermore, it is easy to prepare so long as you have all the ingredients. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, heat it up, and you now have a delicious sauce.

There must be many ways to barbecue or grill chicken. In totality, various versions are often products of curiosity and innovation. Even if people have different ways to prepare it, the objective of barbecue is all the same. It is about bringing the family together and it is about having a good time.
