Carbohydrate is what actually give human beings energy and it is also utilized by the brain.

With the increasing number of gluten free food manufacturers, nutritional deficiency may not be so much of a problem. Though it would still be a lot better, not to mention safer to consult a qualified nutritionist or dietician when considering for this diet regimen.
