Tastes are going to vary from child to child, so it probably goes without saying that they might not like fruit as much as others. Granted many of them are sweet and fun to eat but it's clear that there are children who would rather not put up with them. With that said, what are some of the types of fruit that your kids should have the most, you may wonder? Hopefully this list will give you a better idea of what the best types of fruit are. If you are a parent who is struggling with getting their kids to eat them, though, do not feel discouraged. You should not force these types of food on them, either, especially when the freedom of choice is a much better option and stands a lesser chance of turning them away from healthy food in general. In addition, think about eating these fruits yourself in order to set a good example.
