About the time, there is not much problem. Unlike concentration and temperature variables, time could go beyond the point, and still does not have any consequences. Even increasing its time would do better because that way, effectiveness is also increased. This is basically due to the effect that heat does to harmful microorganisms.

But with concentration, going beyond the point will not do since unlike temperature it will not do any good. Instead, it will even create a pitting in the surfaces of stainless steel. With this, the life of your equipment will be shorten. So in order to avoid this, take note of the measurements. Many cleaners can actually be used still provided it is still inside the acidity concentration.

So all of these, are what you have to observe during the sanitation procedure. Of course you can apply the sanitizers successfully by observing the three variables well. With this, you can produce a really safe drink which people can enjoy themselves with knowing that they are safe.
