Since the main reason for hiring them is to market the hotel, you will have to hire someone that is good at marketing the place by the outcome of the photos. The camera man will charge different amount based on various factors. The photo format, the size of the buildings and the number of pictures to be taken are just some of them. There are those who will charge a flat rate for all pictures more so if they are too many. Therefore, the manager has to find which one works best for the hotel. A good cameraman would retake the pictures for free if the first ones were not very good.
